Next Saturday, June 25th, marks the last time that the current lineup of Adam, Kevin, Dan and Rob will grace the stage together officially as the band getbox. Rob and his wife Mary Beth are turning over a new leaf, heading to a new home in Connecticut in July.
While Rob is off on a new adventure, the 3 of us will still be kicking around Boston. We don't wish to proclaim that this any end of sort, but at this time we're not entirely sure what is going to become of getbox. At the very least, which isn't least at all really, you will see Dan performing in the area, maybe even with Adrock or Paco in tow from time to time, maybe even officially as getbox. But for certain, the 3 of us will be on stage somewhere, somehow.
But today is not the time to say goodbye! We've got sparks to fly and metal to burn! We certainly didn't want to leave you without one last hurrah! So get ready for the most raucous, hip-shaking, foot-stomping show you've ever seen. We've got one hour on stage (beginning at 10:00pm) to satisfy your desires and win your hearts. We plan to pull out all the stops: new cover tunes, new original tunes, songs you know and love and free t-shirts, hugs, and BEER. Ok, that last one you'll have to pay for. But you don't want to miss it! Please feel free to extend the invite to anyone you know for this memorable event.

Hi there! How's it going? Been along time, huh? Remember us? We hope so, because we have a few events happening in the coming days and weeks!
Two IMPORTANT NOTICES!
First off, as some of you have heard, Dan Miller has finally released his debut solo album Southbound. It was recorded with some of Knoxville Tennesse's most notable musicians. In addition to some of your getbox favorites comes a host of truly original sounding songs you will not hear anywhere else. To celebrate, Dan is hosting a CD release paaaahhhhty on Friday, April 8th at our favorite venue, Copperfield's. There will be a few performers including Dan and hopefully an appearance by other members of getbox. Mark this night on your calendars, this will be a great time! Also, this coming Saturday, March 26th, getbox will be playing at the Skybar in Somerville. For those of you that went to the Halloween show this past year, you know the sound is great in this place, the atmosphere is relaxed, there's a nice wide stage, and the drink selection is superb!
